A leading defense-tech company is looking for a Senior Algorithm Engineer to join a cutting-edge R&D team.

This role combines advanced algorithm development in Computer Vision and Deep Learning for real-time intelligent systems, together with hands-on engineering and production deployment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop image and video processing algorithms from research to production

• Build perception capabilities and spatial understanding

• Work with Neural Network models for complex vision tasks

• Integrate multiple algorithms into end-to-end systems

• Optimize performance (accuracy, latency, efficiency)

• Collaborate closely with research, software, and system teams

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or a related field

• 5+ years of industry experience in Deep Learning for Computer Vision

• 5+ years of experience in classical Computer Vision algorithms

• Experience in one or more of the following:

Object Detection, Tracking, Segmentation, SLAM, Sensor Fusion, Pose Estimation

• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Strong experience in Python development
