Systems Development Project Manager

What You’ll Do

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery across multiple AI‑powered systems
• Lead requirements, planning, and coordination between internal teams & subcontractors
• Oversee technical execution, integration, timelines, risks, and quality
• Manage vendors, ensure alignment, and keep the programme on track
• Support go‑live, change management, and successful adoption

What You Bring

• 7+ years managing software development projects
• Strong subcontractor/vendor management experience
• Excellent communication & stakeholder‑handling skills
• Experience in secure, defence/government environments (advantage)
• Bonus: AI/ML exposure, Agile experience, systems integration knowledge
