Programs Director

WeAreMENA (WRM) is hiring a Programs Director

WeAreMENA is looking for a self-motivated, internationally experienced Programs Director to lead the planning and execution of our regional activities across the Middle East and North Africa.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our work — managing youth delegations, cross-border encounters, and educational initiatives that bring together diverse voices from across the region.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning and delivery of 8–10 international programs annually

• Manage logistics, partners, and budgets end-to-end

• Work closely with regional organizations and WRM leadership

• Ensure high-quality, impactful educational experiences

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent in English + Hebrew (Arabic is a strong advantage)

• Experience in international programs / delegations / event production

• Background in youth work or informal education

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple processes

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment

📍 Tel Aviv-based (with hybrid flexibility)
