Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team in Jerusalem. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within our manufacturing processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and enhancing process quality control.
• Driving continuous process improvements and reducing variability.
• Implementing cost-reduction strategies and capacity enhancements to support manufacturing goals.
• Improving line yield through data analysis and optimization.
• Leading the transfer of new technologies or products from R&D to manufacturing (New Product Introduction - NPI).

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production obligations and advance our cutting-edge laser technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in process control, analytical skills, and process engineering. (3-10 years)
• Experience in laser technology and material processing is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Highly motivated individual with a passion for continuous improvement.
• This position suits someone with 3–10 years in process engineering, ideally with exposure to laser/material processing technologies, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and a degree in fields like Electro-Optics, Physics, or Materials Science

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electro-Optics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
