C++ Software Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with immediate access to the light rail) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Low-Latency Engineering: Developing and optimizing mission-critical trading engines and execution platforms using C++.
• System Architecture: Designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems within a Linux environment.
• Real-Time Impact: Building features that directly influence global trading strategies, ensuring maximum reliability and speed.
• Modern Infrastructure: Leveraging Kubernetes and advanced microservices architectures to manage complex trading deployments.
• Hybrid Tech Stack: Primarily focused on C++ development with some integration and tooling involving Java.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ (Modern C++) – Mandatory.
• Strong experience developing for Linux environments – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in building high-performance, scalable systems.
• Familiarity with Java for cross-component development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-intensive R&D environment.
