Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kfar Saba. The Job Title will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge NVM technologies. Daily tasks may include performing technical research, analyzing semiconductor processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing solutions aligned with the company’s innovation goals. The role involves driving projects, executing detailed technical tasks, and ensuring high-quality results. Proactive participation in the creation and enhancement of intellectual property will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in semiconductor technologies, materials engineering, or nanotechnology
• Skills in research, data analysis, and problem-solving related to NVM and embedded technology
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of patent creation processes and intellectual property strategies
• High motivation and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Hands-on experience with memory technology development such as ReRAM is highly advantageous
