HRIS & HR Ops. Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven HRIS & Ops. Manager to lead and optimize our HR systems, processes, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the HiBob HR system, with a strong focus on the compensation module
• Establish and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows to support a growing and dynamic organization
• Partner with Finance, HR Business Partners, IT, Infrastructure, and external vendors to align HR operations with business needs
• Ensure high data integrity across HR systems and leverage data analysis to support decision-making
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, driving execution and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HRIS
• Proven experience implementing and managing HiBob, with a strong focus on the Compensation module
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management
• Familiarity with salary benchmarks and compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford)
• Proven ability to lead processes, drive improvements, and operate in a scalable way
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
