A highly profitable Israeli Cybersecurity startup has developed a unique defensive platform that bridges the gap between automated penetration testing and patch management. By identifying and remediating misconfigurations and permission vulnerabilities in real-time, the platform hardens enterprise infrastructures against malicious actors.

Following six years of bootstrapped profitability, the company recently secured a significant multi-million dollar Series A led by world-class cyber-focused VCs. With a global roster of Tier-1 enterprise clients, the company is now scaling its R&D center to approximately 60 professionals.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with immediate train access) and operates a flexible hybrid model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Core Backend Engineering: Joining an elite Backend team to design and develop mission-critical services using Go (Golang).
• Security Infrastructure: Building systems that monitor and secure enterprise endpoints, ensuring robust protection for both on-site and remote work environments.
• High-Scale Data Management: Architecting and optimizing complex data flows utilizing SQL and cloud-native databases.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Working within a modern Cloud environment, leveraging Kubernetes and advanced CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment.
• End-to-End Ownership: Taking features from conceptual design through to production, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and system performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Backend Development experience – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of deep hands-on experience with Go (Golang) – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in SQL and database design – Mandatory.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) – Mandatory.
• Strong architectural understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-execution startup environment.
