As we continue to dominate the digital space, we are looking for a high-impact professional to lead, build, and scale our commercial operations across our social media ecosystem.

This is not an "Account Management" role. We need a relentless Hunter – someone who lives for the thrill of the chase, cracks brilliant creative concepts, and closes high-value deals with the biggest brands in Israel.

The Role:

• Revenue Leadership: Full ownership of the commercial P&L for Ice’s social channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
• Pure Hunting: Proactively identifying and engaging with CMOs and C-level executives. You don’t wait for leads; you create them through strategic outreach.
• Creative "Pitching": You don’t sell banners; you sell "The Hook." You’ll develop tailor-made branded content concepts that bridge the gap between our premium news audience and the client's business goals.
• End-to-End Execution: Leading the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and creative brainstorming to final closing and performance analysis.
