About the Role

In this role, you will tackle complex challenges involving 3D data analysis from underground environments, transforming raw sensory data into precise 3D reconstructions using advanced computer vision and signal processing algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Leadership: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from raw data processing to final geometric insights.
• 3D Reconstruction: Develop algorithms for 3D visualization and analysis of complex underground structures.
• Model Development: Research and deploy Deep Learning architectures for object detection and segmentation in 2D and 3D spaces.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of Computer Vision and Signal Processing research to solve unique physical-world problems.

Requirements

• 3D Vision Expertise: Proven experience working with Point Clouds, Voxels, or 3D Reconstruction.
• Signal Processing: Strong background in signal processing and analyzing complex sensory data.
• Deep Learning: Hands-on experience building architectures for Object Detection and Segmentation (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Technical Stack: Expert-level Python skills, including proficiency with NumPy, SciPy, and 3D libraries like Open3D or Trimesh.
• Background: Ability to understand the physics of wave propagation and reflections is a significant advantage.
