AI Project Manager (24671)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Generative AI projects within the bank. This is a 100% execution-oriented role, serving as the engine that transforms AI vision into functional, on-the-ground solutions. The position involves complex matrix management, synchronization between internal and external interfaces, and ensuring Roadmap milestones are met under the strict regulations of the banking world.

Job Description:

• End-to-End Project Management: Leading the full lifecycle of Gen AI projects—from kickoff to deployment. Building and managing detailed Gantt charts, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Serving as a central hub between technology teams, business units, and senior management.
• Regulatory Navigation: Working closely with Risk Management, Legal, Privacy (PII), and Cyber Security departments to ensure full compliance with banking standards.
• Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external technology providers and startups, including tracking deliverables according to Statements of Work (SOW).
• Executive Reporting: Providing ongoing project status updates to senior leadership, flagging risks, and developing mitigation plans.
• Creative Problem Solving: Identifying and removing bottlenecks (technological or bureaucratic) through "out-of-the-box" solutions to maintain strict deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in managing complex technological projects.
• Strong familiarity with the world of Gen AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the AI project lifecycle.
• Understanding of Cloud and Hybrid environments. Familiarity with Snowflake – a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to lead processes in a matrix organization and navigate complex corporate bureaucracy.
• High proficiency in translating technical statuses into business and executive language for management levels.
• Deep understanding of operational and regulatory challenges within a bank – a huge advantage.
