Director of Product

A leading global Cybersecurity company is at the forefront of the cloud security revolution, providing advanced infrastructure protection for large-scale enterprises.

With a workforce of several hundred professionals and a significant global presence, the organization develops high-performance solutions for secure connectivity and network transformation.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with three days in-office presence.

Role Overview:

• Strategic Leadership: Reporting directly to the VP of Product, leading a team of 4 Product Managers with an immediate roadmap for significant team expansion.
• Roadmap Ownership: Shaping the long-term vision and strategy for core product lines, including Cloud Connectivity, Private Access (ZTNA), and SD-WAN.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partnering closely with R&D, Sales, and global customers to translate complex business needs into high-impact product requirements.
• Go-to-Market & Research: Conducting deep market and competitive analysis to define best practices and ensure the company maintains its competitive edge.
• Execution Excellence: Managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through detailed PRDs to successful production deployment.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a Director or VP of Product Management role – Mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Networking and Network Security – Mandatory.
• Significant experience with SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, or Cloud Networking architectures – Mandatory.
• Strong technical foundation: A background in Pre-sale or Customer Support within the networking domain is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing product teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both engineering teams and C-level enterprise clients.
