DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our hybrid-cloud environment is seamless, scalable, and resilient.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect & Implement: Lead the design of high-scale hybrid-cloud solutions (AWS/GCP) using cloud-native best practices.
• Production Ownership: Take full accountability for 24/7 stability, performance, and availability.
• Automation First: Replace manual toil with elegant IaaC using Terraform, Crossplane, and Ansible.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product and QA to streamline CI/CD pipelines and remove delivery bottlenecks.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in DevOps/SRE, with 5+ years managing high-scale production workloads.
• Orchestration: Deep expertise in Kubernetes and OCI container ecosystems.
• Networking & Security: Strong grasp of VPCs, Service Mesh, and Hybrid-cloud connectivity; expert in "Security as Code" and IAM.
• CI/CD & Git: Proven track record in pipeline design and advanced Git branching strategies.
• Observability: Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Linux/Scripting: Expert Linux admin skills with proficiency in Python or Bash.

The "Plus" List

• Certifications: AWS Professional (Solutions Architect or DevOps).
• Modern Workflows: Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Messaging: Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hybrid Legacy: Experience with VMware, SQL/NoSQL databases, or older SCM tools like TFVC.
