Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. This role manages day-to-day accounting activities, supports payroll processes, maintains accurate financial records, and assists with financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment while collaborating closely with finance leadership and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
Perform monthly close processes and account reconciliations
Support payroll processing and related reconciliations
Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support audits and tax filings
Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or startup environment
Experience with accounting systems (priority)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
