Position Summary

The Controller will support the financial reporting and statutory compliance of the Israeli business unit with strong US standards and skills. The role works closely with the Director of Finance and US corporate teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting process for U.S. Corporate reporting requirements.
• Review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and supporting documentation prepared as part of the U.S. Corporate reporting package.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors including statutory audits.
• Manage Israeli statutory reporting and tax compliance processes.
• Support VAT, ITA, Social Security and other regulatory audits.
• Assist with quarterly transfer pricing updates and related documentation.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, invoicing approvals, and tax certificates.
• Support localization and regulatory updates in Oracle ERP.
• Monitor bank reconciliations, weekly cash flow and vendor payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and expense monitoring with local managers.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required).
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Israeli GAAP.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems – preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong technological orientation.
• Experience with automation tools or AI – an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
