A leading company in the food, chemical, and biochemical industries is looking for a Research Manager to join its R&D division and lead true scientific innovation with direct impact on products and production processes.
What will you do?
- Lead applied research and the development of innovative processes and products
- Plan, execute, and analyze experiments independently, including hands-on lab work
- Improve and optimize production processes with direct influence on quality and business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, production, quality, engineering, and sales teams
- Continuously explore advanced technologies and scientific trends
What are we looking for?
- PhD in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Chemical Engineering – significant advantage
- 5–6 years of industry research experience – חובה (must)
- Proven experience supporting processes from development through to production
- Experience in pharma / chemicals / food technology / biotechnology
