Technical Project Manager

Comblack is recruiting a Technical Project Manager !

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects – required
• Significant experience in finance / banking / payments – required
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects – from initiation, requirements gathering, and planning to go-live and implementation
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Experience working with core systems and complex architectures
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders – business units, IT teams, vendors, and senior management
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and task prioritization in complex projects
• Experience leading matrix teams and motivating employees without formal authority
• Hands-on approach with technical involvement – configurations, troubleshooting, and guiding development and integration teams
