The Opportunity:

This is a unique, hybrid role designed for a true "people person" who thrives at the intersection of community building and live event production. You will be the primary point of contact for our elite network of curators, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Simultaneously, you will assist our global events team with the complex logistics of international artist bookings and live productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture ROVR’s exclusive community of over 300 curators, which includes world-class musicians, tastemakers, and record collectors.
• Act as the primary liaison for our creator network, managing multiple communication processes with high emotional intelligence and sensitivity to artists' needs.
• Assist the Events & Production team with international booking operations, handling artist logistics, travel coordination, and technical itineraries for global events.
• Ensure seamless communication between the digital community team and the physical live events team.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Possess a deep, expansive knowledge of music and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Highly up-to-date with current musical trends, emerging scenes, and cultural shifts.
• A natural communicator and relationship-builder with proven experience managing creative communities or artist relations.
• Exceptional sensitivity and emotional intelligence when working directly with creators, artists, and musicians.
• Experience in artist booking, live event logistics, or tour management is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple complex processes and moving parts simultaneously across different time zones.
