In this role, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through collaboration, content management, and AI-powered productivity solutions that drive measurable business impact.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, and optimizing Modern Work and collaboration solutions that enhance productivity, knowledge sharing, and AI-driven experiences. This role is critical in helping customers transform how they collaborate and work using Microsoft 365, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design and deliver end-to-end Modern Work solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with customer business and adoption goals
  
  

Collaboration & Productivity Enablement

• Architect and optimize collaboration experiences across Microsoft Teams (meetings, chat, calling, apps)
• Design and enhance SharePoint solutions including sites, intranets, document management, and knowledge hubs to improve teamwork and information flow
  
  

Copilot & AI Integration

• Advise customers on Microsoft Copilot adoption across Microsoft 365, covering readiness, security, and governance
• Enable scenario-based value realization by integrating Copilot into real-world business workflows
  
  

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Define and implement governance models for Teams and SharePoint
• Establish lifecycle management, information architecture, permissions, and compliance aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements
  
  

Advisory & Technical Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into architectural designs and provide guidance on best practices and roadmap alignment
  
  

Troubleshooting & Optimization

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot deployments
• Continuously optimize performance, usability, and user adoption
  
  

Continuous Learning & Thought Leadership

• Stay current with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Modern Work innovations
• Share insights, architectural patterns, and best practices internally and with customers
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field or 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or in a similar role, specializing in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Modern Work solutions.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 architecture. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, Purview, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities is highly desirable.

Customer Engagement: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships and to influence technical and business decision-makers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving complex, cross-service Modern Work challenges.
