As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team.The role involves managing and tracking procurement orders from both local and international suppliers — from initial approval through to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end management of procurement orders, including order confirmation, delivery tracking, and exception handlingClose coordination with suppliers in Israel and abroad to ensure on-time delivery of materials and componentsMaintaining accurate and reliable procurement data in the ERP system (Priority)Monitoring and updating delivery schedules; prioritizing urgent items as neededConducting regular supplier evaluations and occasional site visitsSupporting resolution of procurement issues and proactively reporting delays or deviationsCollaborating closely with planners and internal teams to align supply with operational needsRequirements:Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationshipsExperience working with Priority ERP – an advantageStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skillsHigh level of accuracy, integrity, and assertiveness1-2 years of previous experience in a similar procurement/supply chain role – requiredValid driver’s license – required
