Vice President of Product Management

One of our clients, a fast-growing technology company in the B2B SaaS space, is looking to hire a VP Product to lead and scale its product organization.

The company develops a complex, high-value platform used by enterprise customers, combining product-led experiences with service-driven delivery models. It operates globally and is currently in a strong growth phase, with several hundred employees and an expanding product group.

This is a senior leadership role and a key member of the executive team, with full ownership of product strategy, execution, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a multi-layered product organization, including direct management of three Directors
• Oversee a team of approximately 15 Product Managers, with plans for continued growth
• Define and drive product strategy for a complex B2B platform serving enterprise customers
• Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand business needs
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement when required
• Establish and improve product processes, methodologies, and operational excellence
• Execute and evolve an existing product vision, focusing on scaling and optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a product organization of similar scale, including managing managers (3+ direct reports and 10+ PMs)
• Strong background in B2B SaaS companies selling to enterprise customers
• Solid technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Experience building and managing complex B2B platforms
• Experience working with both self-service products and professional services models
• Strong collaboration with Go-To-Market teams and ownership of product-market alignment
• Deep understanding of UX and building high-quality user experience

Profile

• Former Director or Senior Director in a scaling or established technology company
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed
• Comfortable diving into details and working closely with teams
• Strong presence with customers and external stakeholders
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence
• Comfortable working within and strengthening an existing product vision
• Familiarity with Agentic Engineering is a strong advantage
