The Mission: We are looking for a Network Rockstar to join our core infrastructure team. If you live and breathe Cisco, speak BGP fluently, and love building resilient, high-availability networks—we want to meet you. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our connectivity, ensuring our mission-critical systems run at peak performance 24/7.
What You’ll Do:
- Architect & Optimize: Take full ownership of our Cisco-based network (Routers & Switches), from complex configurations to long-term scaling.
- Master the Traffic: Manage and troubleshoot complex routing protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, and VLANs.
- Voice of the Future: Leading and maintaining our Cisco IPT (IP Telephony) ecosystem.
- Connectivity Hub: Interface with top-tier ISPs and telecom providers to ensure seamless, high-speed business continuity.
- Full Stack Networking: Support Windows Server environments and implement foundational security layers to keep our data locked down.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ Years of Battle-Tested Experience in network engineering.
- Cisco Expert: Deep hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and software (CLI is your second language).
- Protocol Mastery: You know your way around BGP and TCP/IP like the back of your hand.
- System Knowledge: Proven experience with Windows Servers is a must.
- The "Bonus" Points: Experience with NICE Recording Systems? That’s a huge plus!
