All About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Marketing Operations to join our team.

In this role, you’ll bring marketing ideas to life – executing campaigns, coordinating assets, and supporting activations that drive user engagement and repeat usage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute marketing campaigns promoting restaurants, offers, and partnerships
• Support initiatives to increase user engagement and retention
• Create briefs and coordinate marketing assets (banners, landing pages, etc.)
• Leverage marketing technology tools to automate manual processes and improve campaign scalability.
• Support marketing activations and events with partners
• Manage marketing gant, timelines, calendars, and campaign coordination
• Identify opportunities to improve execution and efficiency
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• Strong execution skills – able to manage tasks from brief to launch
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Understanding of customer journey, engagement, and retention
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and partners
• Tech-savvy with a strong affinity for Marketing Automation platforms – you should be comfortable learning and navigating complex systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  
  

• Experience with loyalty programs or customer clubs
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Experience with AI tools for marketing conten
