About the job:

• Ensure Quality Control: Review and refine reports to maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with Consulting Teams: Work closely with consultants to capture key insights and ensure documentation reflects their analysis.
• Transform Meeting Outputs: Convert information from professional meetings into clear, polished, and formal documents.
• Maintain Attention to Detail: Uphold high standards of precision, focusing on order, accuracy, and small details that enhance credibility.
• Support Professional Output: Contribute to the firm’s reputation by producing client-ready materials that align with organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal). Native-level proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a natural drive for accuracy and visual perfection.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and maturity.
• Full mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Previous experience in audit reporting, legal writing, or within a consulting firm – A Major Advantage.
• We are located in Rehovot city and we work 3 time a week at the office and 2 times from home.
