A well-established, publicly traded tech company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join it's growing HR team.

Location: Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station)

Position: Full-time

Work model: Hybrid

Reporting to: VP HR

What you’ll do:

Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the company with full autonomy
Recruit for both business and tech roles
Partner closely with hiring managers, advising and supporting decision-making
Drive creative sourcing strategies: social media, referral programs, and new recruiting channels
Take part in building innovative initiatives
Support employee experience & welfare initiatives: events, gifts, learning programs, talent development, and more

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) – a must
Experience working with hiring managers - a plus
Tech recruiting experience – a big advantage but not a must
Experience in employee experience / welfare – a plus
Strong English skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes

תחומי אחריות:

ניהול תהליכי גיוס למשרות שונות בחברה מקצה לקצה, עצמאות מלאה מול מחלקות הארגון
גיוס למשרות מטה ולמשרות טכנולוגיות
פעילות גבוהה ברשתות חברתיות, תפעול של חבר מביא חבר, תמריצים, עידוד גיוס פנימי, הרחבת ערוצי גיוס סטנדרטיים ואלטרנטיביים, הקמת קורסי הסבה לאקדמאיים.
עבודה צמודה מול מנהלות ומנהלים, ליווי וייעוץ בתהליכי קבלת החלטות
תמיכה בתחום רווחת עובדים: אירועים, מתנות, רישום לקורסים, תפעול תוכניות טאלנטים ופיתוח מנהלים וכו'.

דרישות:
