Indirect Procurement Manager | Petah Tikva Site
We are looking for a senior Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the indirect sourcing domain within a large, complex organization.
This is not a general procurement role.
We are specifically seeking candidates with solid, hands-on experience in Indirect categories.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the full indirect procurement strategy across multiple categories
- Managing high-value spend (150M+ ILS annually)
- Handling categories such as: IT, professional services, facilities, logistics, contractors, corporate services, and other indirect spend
- Driving complex sourcing processes, RFPs and commercial negotiations
- Building long-term supplier agreements and strategic partnerships
- Delivering measurable savings and KPI performance
- Leading and developing a procurement team
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Indirect Procurement within a mid-to-large organization
- Experience managing high annual spend volumes
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Proven managerial experience
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
