Responsibilities:
- Professional management and leadership of a team of electronics engineers
- Design and development of cards and advanced electronic systems
- Responsibility for system architecture and hardware solutions
- Working with multiple interfaces - mechanics, software, electro-optics, manufacturing and quality
- Accompanying development processes from the characterization stage to integration and transfer to production
- Meeting schedule, quality and budget goals
- Professional knowledge center in the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in hardware development
- Experience in managing a team or professionally leading engineers
- Experience in card design and development
- Experience working with design tools (such as Altium / OrCAD or similar)
- Experience working with complex systems - an advantage
- Experience in the defense industry - a significant advantage
