Role Outline

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the engineering team building the next generation of Yolk’s AI-powered sales coaching platform.

You’ll work across the stack — building backend services, APIs, and user-facing features — helping transform real sales conversations into actionable AI-driven training.

This role is ideal for engineers who love building product end-to-end, from infrastructure and backend logic to polished frontend experiences.

We are looking for exceptional graduates from the past few years with 3–5 years of experience who are eager to grow quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Build

You’ll help develop core product capabilities including:

Product Features End-to-End

Design and build product functionality from backend services to frontend interfaces.

Backend APIs & Services

Build reliable backend services that power the application logic and integrate with AI systems.

User Interfaces

Develop modern frontend experiences that allow users to interact with complex AI-driven workflows.

Agentic AI Product Development

Build product features that integrate agentic AI workflows into the application, connecting autonomous AI decision-making with user-facing functionality.

System Performance & Reliability

Help improve performance, observability, and reliability of the product as usage grows.

Tech Stack

Typical technologies we work with include:

• Backend: Python | FastAPI | PostgreSQL
• Frontend: Next.js (React 19), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, TanStack Query, MobX
• Infrastructure: AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• AI: Agentic AI systems, LLM integrations

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 3+ years full-stack engineering experience
• Strong programming ability and solid computer science fundamentals
• Strong experience building backend services in Python and modern API frameworks.
• Significant experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of your engineering workflow

Experience building web applications

• Familiarity with REST APIs and databases
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) — you know how to build your app for

      production, even if you don't manage the cluster.

• Experience with FastStream or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of WebSocket scaling patterns (Redis Pub/Sub)
