Datafence is Hiring: Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of our internal and external tools.

About the Role

You'll work across the stack — designing, building, and shipping products that make a real impact for our team and our clients. This is a hands-on role where you'll have ownership over features from concept to production, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI to work smarter and move faster.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js on the backend. Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) and/or GCP (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery). Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL design and implementation. Comfortable with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar). Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Practical experience with AI-powered development tools — Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Understanding of LLM APIs and prompt engineering (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). Version control best practices with Git — branching strategies, code reviews, and PR workflows. Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security fundamentals (OAuth, JWT, API keys).

Nice to Have

Experience building AI agents or integrating LLMs into production applications. Familiarity with serverless architectures and event-driven design. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch). Background in cybersecurity or information security. TypeScript proficiency.
