Company Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join the Finance Department as a maternity leave replacement - with potential continuation.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will take part in the financial management of a complex and dynamic organization, including:

• Professional oversight and support for two Bookkeepers
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparing management reports, including budget control and cash‑flow analysis
• Leading annual tax report preparation
• Working closely with the external auditor (BIG4)
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls across financial processes
• Approving payments, reimbursements, and reporting to authorities

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 1 year post‑internship experience
• Experience from BIG4 – must
• Managerial experience – an advantage
• Experience in publicly traded companies or auditing public companies – advantage
• Strong teamwork, service orientation, and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and strong ownership
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
