We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join the Finance Department as a maternity leave replacement - with potential continuation.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will take part in the financial management of a complex and dynamic organization, including:

Professional oversight and support for two Bookkeepers
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparing management reports, including budget control and cash‑flow analysis
Leading annual tax report preparation
Working closely with the external auditor (BIG4)
Ensuring compliance with internal controls across financial processes
Approving payments, reimbursements, and reporting to authorities

What We’re Looking For

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 1 year post‑internship experience
Experience from BIG4 – must
Managerial experience – an advantage
Experience in publicly traded companies or auditing public companies – advantage
Strong teamwork, service orientation, and interpersonal skills
High motivation and strong ownership
High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
