For a large national project, we are looking for an experienced Systems Analysis Team Lead to provide both professional and managerial leadership of the systems analysis domain within a complex software project.
Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end systems analysis activities — from defining business and system requirements, through writing detailed specification documents (HLD/LLD), to supporting development, integration, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams throughout the development lifecycle.
The role includes working with multiple development teams in parallel and leading a team of systems analysts.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in systems analysis in complex software projects
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing a team of systems analysts
- Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents (HLD, LLD)
- Experience in requirements management and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with systems involving: Kubernetes (K8s), Microservices, hybrid cloud environments (On-Prem and public cloud), networking, and cybersecurity
- Security clearance Level 2 – a significant advantage
