Job Description – Bookkeepe

rWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounts payable processes and support a wide range of financial operations within the organization

.
Responsibilitie

s:Full cycle processing of vendor invoices, including verification, posting, and follow-u
p.Collaborating closely with the company accountant on various ongoing task
s.Preparing account reconciliations and financial analyses for audits and periodic review
s.Performing supplier ledger reconciliations and resolving discrepancie
s.Providing service to vendors through phone support, email correspondence, and payment inquirie
s.Supporting internal stakeholders on purchasing requests and invoice submission
s.Working with multiple cross‑functional interfaces and managing interdepartmental workflow
s.Overseeing the management and maintenance of the fixed assets ledge
r.Maintaining vendor master data records in compliance with organizational standard
s.Executing financial postings and journal entries with continuous control and accurac
y.Handling and reporting to authorities, including VAT, income tax, and national insuranc
e.Performing bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliation
s.Leading internal procedures and controls and ensuring their implementatio
n.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance financial efficienc
