Head of Artificial Intelligence

A U.S. based family office managing a 1B+ industrial platform across manufacturing, metals, aerospace, and defense is seeking a highly technical candidate with AI experience to operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and capital allocation.

This role focuses on designing long term structural and technological advantages across 20 portfolio companies. The objective is not only to build tools, but to create systems and capabilities that drive measurable business value and long term compounding advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design cross portfolio technology systems and shared capabilities

• Build AI driven tools for deal sourcing, analysis, and performance tracking

• Identify high impact opportunities where technology improves financial outcomes

• Support development of new strategic platforms and ventures

• Work directly with ownership on long term strategy and capital allocation

Profile

• Graduate of elite technological unit

• Strong experience in AI, automation, or advanced systems

• Ability to connect technology with business and investment outcomes

• Independent thinker comfortable operating under ambiguity

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
