About The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist & Personal Assistant to the CTO to join us in a central, hands-on role at the heart of the company.
You’ll be the first face people meet when they walk into the office, while also supporting the CTO with day-to-day coordination and personal logistics.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and enjoys being involved in both people-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks.

What You’ll Do
Reception & Office Experience
- Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
- Manage the front desk and day-to-day office flow
- Handle deliveries, visitors, and general office coordination
- Support the Office Manager with ongoing office needs and logistics
- Manage calendar and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Handle personal errands and day-to-day logistics (appointments, purchases, deliveries, etc.)
- Coordinate external services and vendors on behalf of the CTO (e.g., household, maintenance, personal services)
- Assist with personal scheduling and ongoing life logistics
- Provide flexible, hands-on support with a wide range of personal tasks as needed
- Manage ad-hoc requests with a high level of discretion, efficiency, and reliability
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Reception / Personal Assistant / Admin)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Service-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable handling a mix of tasks — big and small
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in a startup or tech environment
- Experience supporting a senior leader
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
