🚀 Leading Company Seeks CRM Developer – Customer Experience

📝 Job Description:

Join our team to work with Siebel CRM! Focus on development, implementation, and enhancing the customer experience. The role includes integration with external systems, performance optimization, and collaboration with various teams across the company.

💡 Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Siebel Tools: designing and implementing business objects, views, applets, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Siebel VB, SQL.
  • Experience integrating Siebel with external systems via EAI, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of performance tuning – query optimization & indexing.
  • Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and ability to design custom solutions.
  • Experience implementing multiple Siebel versions (22.xx and above).
  • Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, product managers, and business clients.
  • Experience in AGILE environments.
