Check Point Software Technologies is looking for a System Administrator that will operate, maintain, and help to improve Check Point growing IT infrastructure.

You will be a part of the IT Infrastructure team responsible for the design, maintenance and operation of a complex IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Corporate IT Infrastructure
• Planning and Implementation of global corporate IT projects.
• Be an administrator of a large scale, worldwide production environment.
• Developing and deploying customized virtualization, storages and backup solutions.
• Managing and maintaining physical hardware servers (HPE, Dell, Lenovo) in global data centers.
• Optimizing hardware and software to enable VMware integration.
• Participating in on-duty shifts to support 24/7 critical production systems.
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience as System Administrator in global companies.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with large VMware vSphere environments (installation, configuration, and management of 100+ ESXi hosts).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience as a system administrator with large scale compute environment (HPE/Dell Servers).
• Experience with one of the storage and backup systems (NetApp, Dell, Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination.
• Experience with one of hyper converged systems (VMware/HPE SimpliVity/Nutanix) - an advantage.
• Scripting skills (Ansible/Python/Bash/Perl/PowerShell) and automation processes - an advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft environment and products knowledge - an advantage.
• Experience in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience in IT Security and Network infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, highly responsible, and able to lead long term projects and keep KPI.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, fast learner with the ability to research and quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
