A leading global manufacturing company is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and supporting strategic planning processes in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cost accounting and analyze production variances
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and Budget vs. Actual analyses
- Build and maintain financial forecasts
- Analyze KPI trends across revenue, COGS, expenses, and CapEx
- Provide analytical insights to identify risks and opportunities
- Maintain financial models and improve data processes
- Support budget owners across the organization
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
- Ensure SOX compliance
Requirements
- 1–2 years of FP&A / financial analysis experience in global companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics – must
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- SOX experience – advantage
- Experience with ERP systems
- High proficiency in Excel; Power BI – advantage
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical thinking, independence, motivation
- Hands‑on, collaborative working style
