We’re looking for a visionary Platform Engineering Team Lead to drive innovation and lead a high-impact engineering team.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Strategy – Lead a team of skilled engineers, define the platform roadmap, and execute it end-to-end
• Drive Innovation – Identify emerging technologies, lead POCs, and implement advanced solutions (with a strong focus on Generative AI)
• Lead Change – Drive cross-organizational transformation, align stakeholders, and remove barriers
• Architecture & Hands-on – Provide architectural guidance while staying hands-on when needed
• Platform Excellence – Promote a Platform-as-a-Product mindset to empower developers and improve productivity

✅ Must-Have Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing technical teams (DevOps / Platform Engineering)
• Proven experience working in large-scale, production cloud environments (high availability, mission-critical systems)
• Strong DevOps tooling & coding skills (Python / Java)
• Experience in hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Prem)
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end technological initiatives, from ideation to delivery

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized environments
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMOps in enterprise environments
• Background in FinTech / banking systems / regulated environments
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
