C++ Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend components using C++.
• Develop and integrate server-side services and APIs supporting web-based SaaS platforms.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Work with large-scale, distributed systems requiring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend developers, System Engineers, DevOps, and QA teams in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into robust and efficient software solutions.
• Debug, optimize, and improve performance of existing backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern development standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering – advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in software development using C++.
• Experience developing backend systems or server-side applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and memory management.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with network protocols and communication interfaces – advantage.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex multidisciplinary systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing high-performance or real-time systems.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / cloud environments – advantage.
• Background working on defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems.
