CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for an experienced CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze business needs and organizational processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Write high-quality functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Take full ownership of projects from discovery to go-live (end-to-end)
• Support existing solutions and proactively identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong business acumen with the ability to see the big picture
• Proven experience leading end-to-end analysis of complex, cross-system processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
• Experience with integration tools and platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem – an advantage
