We are looking for a freelance senior cybersecurity consultant:

This is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership, combining deep hands-on technical work with internal leadership and influence across engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Application Security, Cloud Security, and AI Security initiatives
• Define security strategy, standards, and hands-on implementation
• Drive Secure SDLC practices and threat modeling across development teams
• Review and design secure cloud architectures (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Work closely with engineering leadership, DevOps, and executive stakeholders
• Translate security risks into clear, actionable technical and business decisions
• Advise on secure use of AI / LLMs (prompt security, data exposure, model abuse)

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience in Application Security and/or Cloud Security
• Proven ability to lead cross-organizational security processes without direct authority
• Deep understanding of modern architectures (APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High level of autonomy, ownership, and professional maturity
• Experience with AI security is a strong advantage
