Resource Development Manager

A leading social-philanthropic foundation in Jerusalem is seeking a Resource Development Manager for a dynamic role that combines:

Developing new fundraising channels; identifying, approaching, cultivating, and retaining donors, including upgrading existing donors and reaching new donor audiences; traveling abroad for donor meetings; building new donor databases and networks; creating inspiring and meaningful field experiences for existing and prospective donors; conducting research to identify, cultivate, and recruit major private and institutional donors (individuals, corporations, and foundations); and developing donor-facing written materials tailored to different target markets.

The position is based in Jerusalem.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in fundraising and resource development – required
• Experience working with private donors – required
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English – required
• Additional languages such as Italian, German, Spanish, or French – a significant advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad approximately once every two months – required
• Availability for a full-time position – required
