We are hiring a Systems Analysts Team Lead !
A great opportunity to lead a professional team, work on core banking systems, and make an impact on business and technological processes in the credit domain.
Role Overview:
Manage a team of systems analysts, lead analysis and specification processes for business and technological needs, work closely with multiple interfaces across the organization (development, QA, legal, and digital), and take responsibility for approving functional specifications and improving workflows.
Requirements:
▪ Previous managerial experience (including small teams)
▪ Prior experience as a Systems Analyst
▪ Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems / Economics / Business Administration / Computer Science)
