Operations Lead (Entry Level)

We’re building the AI revenue engine for the interior finishes world — transforming how projects are estimated, priced and won.

We’re growing fast and looking for someone who’s sharp, organized, and excited to help us scale. This is an entry-level role with an exceptional potential to grow into either Operations Management or Product Management, depending on your interests and performance.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of our product data — review, clean, and structure.
• Work closely with our AI, Operations, Product and Customer Success teams to make sure the data that powers our models is accurate and reliable.
• Spot patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities to automate.
• Be part of a small team where your hard work and initiative actually move the needle.
