We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations professional to support and optimize our sales processes. This role is critical in improving sales efficiency, driving performance insights, and enabling the sales team to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization

Analyze and improve sales workflows, pipelines, and conversion rates

Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

CRM Management

Own and maintain CRM systems (affiliate System)

Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and proper usage across the team

Reporting & Analytics

Build dashboards and reports on KPIs (revenue, pipeline, conversion, etc.)

Provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams

Forecasting & Planning

Support sales forecasting and target setting

Track performance vs. goals and identify gaps

Sales Enablement

Collaborate with marketing and sales on tools, materials, and processes

Help onboard and train sales reps on systems and best practices

Tool Stack Management

Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and integrations

Improve automation and efficiency across the funnel

Requirements:

2–5+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Business Operations
Strong experience with CRM systems (affiliate System)
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup/agency – advantage)
