SW Team Lead

Nova’s SW IM team is looking for a Software Team Leader to help develop a complex in-house software platform.

What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of 4–5 software engineers working on Nova’s current and next-generation platform of integrated metrology tools.
• Manage the team’s capacity, work plan, and content grooming to meet project goals in close collaboration with project management.
• Oversee your team’s professional growth in both technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Serve as the focal point for communication with system, QA, and other software teams, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.
• Be an active member of the SW group’s managerial team, contributing to the ongoing improvement of work processes and tools.
• Join a team that values cross-disciplinary collaboration and strives to create meaningful impact through strong partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or similar).
• 5 + years of hands‑on software design & development, 3 + in C#/.NET.3+ years
• Strong front-end development experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• 3 + years leading a software team.
• Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments
• At least 2 years in a multidisciplinary (HW + SW) company
• Excellent communication skills
• English- High Level
• Enjoy working in collaboration to achieve common goals
• Team‑oriented, dedicated, self‑driven
• Be able to work and motivate others within his sphere of influence
• Be able to translate complex concepts to co-workers of various backgrounds
• Availability to fly abroad for short periods if needed.
