Information Systems Manager

Reporting to: CFO

Role Description:

• Define and lead a global IT and Cybersecurity strategy, aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap, including digital transformation initiatives, system upgrades, technological innovation, and global regulatory readiness.
• Manage the global IT & Cyber budget, including investment prioritization, financial control, and performance tracking.
• Lead the global ERP landscape (Oracle Fusion) and take full ownership of additional core systems, including HRIS, BI, and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement a global cybersecurity and information security strategy across both IT and OT environments.
• Establish and lead IT Governance processes, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, NERC, NIS2).
• Manage and deliver complex, enterprise-level projects across multiple geographies, cultures, and business units.
• Drive cost efficiency and optimization within the IT organization.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in Information Systems within a mid-to-large global organization (public companies with SOX compliance – an advantage) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives (including AI, BI) and driving infrastructure and technological innovation – Mandatory
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience working with senior management and translating business needs into technology solutions
• Experience in cybersecurity policy leadership and risk management, including regulatory compliance and incident response frameworks
• Fluent English – Mandatory
• Experience with Oracle systems – Advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately once per quarter, as needed)
