Job Description – Maintenance Engineer
Role Purpose
A hands-on Maintenance Engineer for an industrial manufacturing site in Neot Hovav, responsible for equipment availability, reliability, and safety, while leading engineering and CAPEX projects including new machinery installation and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for complex and recurring failures, including root cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions.
- Lead and execute CAPEX projects: defining requirements, planning, supplier management, on-site supervision, and handover to production.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure production continuity and minimize downtime.
- Improve preventive maintenance programs, define standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on, field-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
Advantages
