About This Role

Join our Global Finance Operations (GFO) team in Tel Aviv as a Senior Accountant, where you will lead by taking ownership of core financial processes. We deliver excellence by managing complex intercompany transactions and month-end reporting with precision. You will care for the team’s success by collaborating across functions to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth, accurate operations. This is an opportunity to grow your expertise in a supportive, international environment.

Reporting to: Accounting & Insights Manager - Record-to-Report (R2R)

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Lead key month-end and year-end accounting activities, including complex journal entries and consolidation tasks.
• Drive monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheet reporting, providing actionable insights on variances.
• Manage and reconcile fixed assets, contract assets, and intangibles, including acquisitions and depreciation.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and consolidation processes to ensure global accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to spot discrepancies and drive improvements in recurring accounting workflows.
• Drive automation initiatives by building and maintaining efficient templates and tools in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and increase overall data accuracy.
  
  

What will you bring to the team?

• Professional Accounting Certificate Type 3 or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical accounting knowledge with a focus on international or high-tech business environments.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify financial trends and process efficiencies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in both Hebrew and English to collaborate across global teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
