We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Publisher Relations Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their AdTech career who wants hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), publisher management, and performance optimization in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do-
- Support the management and day-to-day communication with publishers
- Work hands-on with Google Ad Manager (GAM) – setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and monitoring performance
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and preparing data-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to improve monetization and publisher performance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, tech, and operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Help strengthen partnerships with new and existing publishers
- Fluent English (written and verbal) — must
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or support role — must
- Strong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency — must
- BA/BSc in a relevant analytical or business-related field — must
- 1–2 years of experience in AdTech or digital advertising - Bonus
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)- Bonus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
